Feeling depressed and lack of motivation
Hi, I just recently been following a bad routine, with a bad sleeping cycle. I usually sleep in the morning and wake in the noon. This has been a major problem since I had been following this routine for my studies for ca final. But the main problem is I have a lack of motivation to wake up and go to work or do something in life. On top of everything going on I have a broken relationship with my partner. This has made me depressed of course. I used to be a person who worked hard for everything, but with so many ca final attempts I had lost all my hard working skills, although I cleared CA. It's like I don't want to work hard for anything. Putting effort to achieve something is a far case. I can't seem to find a way to deal with such demotivation and such a heart break. I am an artist and I love painting, I used to invest hours in painting. But I am not able to lift a brush since a long time. My effort giving attitude is over and I don't know what to do. Thank you.
