Feeling de-motivated.
Sometimes I seem to have lost interest in what I do routinely. I procrastinate a lot and don’t feel as energised or enthusiastic about doing my work as much as I should I have. This affects my ability to achieve goals in my work. Its as if I feel very demotivated.

- Poor energy levels - feeling sad constantly -poor interest in activities - constant pessimistic ideas -feeling hopeless, worthless & helpless -poor concentration & confidence These are signs of depression. Its good that youre seeking out help. Further comment on a confirmed diagnosis can be made only on evaluation & examination by a psychiatrist. Depression and other mood disorders can be controlled with medicines & counselling.

Probably, you are unhappy about yourself or about something else. Or, you are Confused between various reasons.... It I wise to consult a psychologist for a better clarity and understanding about yourself..
