You have to worry. Even I am worried because in spite of my extensive experience in Obstetrics I have never come across a situation where a mother used to feel electric current when she touched her baby. Please consult with your Gynaecologist immediately. If recommended by your Gynaecologist, you should also consult with a Neurophysician in your area . This case is worth being reported in the Medical Journal.
