Feeling anxious and shortness of breath
I have been experiencing shortness of breath from last 24 hrs. Although I am not experiencing any kind of fever, cough or runny nose. I feel like I am not able to inhale completely and often having to yawn in order to inhale to the fullest. I hv been able to do the regular house chores without much difficulty and also I am able to speak normally without any breathlessness. I do experience this kind of shortness often, mostly when I get anxious but it usually settles within 1 hr or when I take a small walk. But now it is more than 24 hrs. Pls suggest. As said earlier I am experiencing no other difficulty. Also I had a oxy pulse meter check done 3-4 days back which came to be 99. Kindly help.
