First of all i want to tell you only that not only one meal makes you healthy or unhealthy.
Is the whole day diet which makes you that's why it is rightly said Yau are what you eat.
You need to consume a balanced diet in whole day seeing that you include all food groups in your diet and make your diet balanced.
Also with the diet some activity required for the healthy being of yours but i cannot help you here with any diet without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history.
