Feel uncomfortable,depressed frequently
I have always had a short temper but of late, I feel depressed often, crying for no reason over things that I have no control on. There is constant anxiety and guilt and I am spoiling my relationship with my husband because I am always angry with him for some of his habits and his complete lack of availability for me. I also have nothing to talk to him about anymore because I am always talking about my sister's upcoming marriage and he, about his work. We have tried to conceive but that didn't happen either and my life just feels meaningless with unnecessary anxiety all the time.

To get back that spark of your initial  married life,  you both need to understand  and prioritize your life. For which,  I think,  you both need to consult  a Marriage  Counselor in your city and live a cheerful  life.

Hi...... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms.... Consult your Psychiatrist they will do the needful.....
