Feel hot even in winters
Hi doctor My mother turns on fan on full speed even in winters as she feel hot even when nobody else in the room feel so and fan is not required at all. What can be the reason? Which kind of doctor should we refer to get her diagnosed for this issue?

Intolerance to heat could be due to hyperthyroidism, autoimmune disease  diabetes and as a sequel to long COVID Get her blood test including CBC , glucose levels renal function tests and thyroid function tests You could consult with a endocrinologist

This kind of experience is very common after  menopause.You have not mentioned the age and menopause status ..Consult with a gynecologist. Taking evion 400 IU twice daily after food every day would be helpful. Get these tests done 1.CBP 2.RBS 3.THYROID PROFILE 4.Serum FSH
