For my 25 days old baby who is pre term,Can small feeding nipples through bottles be used which are specifically designed for small infants ,apart from breastfeeding ?

No. Please do not use a feeding bottle. It does not depend on which nipple you use. They remain unclean and your child will catch an infection. If the baby has difficulty sucking from breast, you can express breast milk and then feed them through something known as paladai. This is the best way to feed your child.

No why to give bottle feeding. If on breastfeeding, Child is having weight gain Passing urine 6 to 8 times/day Then no need of top feeds, especially bottle feeding
