Fed up of bicepal tendinitis
I am having bicepal tendinitis since September 2020. For treatment i tried ultraviolet, physiotherapy, then again physiotherapy with another doctor, the pain goes only temporary for few months and again comes back. It's been almost 2 years now. I am fed up of this. Can't workout, lift anything heavy, even while wearing belt it hurts my shoulder while pulling the belt to tighten it. Please suggest something

It would be better to go for simple injection for this. Conservative management should be tried for 2-3 months and then if its not working , better to go for an injection.
Next Steps
Consult with a pain management specialist who will see if there is associated tendinosis in rotator cuff muscles also.
