Fear of people
Hi, i am tired of my fear of talking to people. Now i am not able live properly due to fear. My biggest fear is my stuttering and lack of confidence. I have internally tried alot to overcome this but i can't. I always have a kind of fear in me due to which i always try to procrastinate all the works in which it requires talking. I have dreams of achieving alot of things but till now i can't. I am working hard but these fears are not leaving me. I have tried to motivate myself many times to let go off these fears. I have responsibilities of my family to do but many times i think of going somewhere in a isolated place or new place where i will live alone. I always think of speaking normally but speaking normally without stuttering is just has become a dream for me now. I have not taken any medication or any therapy for stuttering because it was not serious earlier and it did not bothered me. Now it has become a serious issue and not able speak a single line without struggling of speaking

Hello, thank you for seeking help here. See if you can speak normally in alone or with family or with good friends, record it and listen to it. If stammering is till there you have to take expert opinion. When anxious we tend to stammer more while speaking.
Next Steps
Consult online with Psychiatrist and Speech Therapist.
Health Tips
Try to pronounce words which are difficult and practice them frequently.

Hi. There are two things that need to be evaluated - stuttering, social anxiety. Do you avoid talking to people out of your fear of stuttering? Often stammering/stuttering increases with anxiety. Both the issues need to be addressed. You can consult a speech therapist and a Psychiatrist online or in person. All the best!
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist, a speech therapist.
