Fearing failures in life is a disturbing state of mind. There could be many factors responsible for you developing such a state of mind, including the childhood demands from parents, family members, teachers etc. The truth is that there is no one in the world who has not tasted failures one way or the other ever in life. Failures often work as motivators for re-attempting  and succeeding in achieving your goals. In order to be able to develop a mindset that accepts failures without much fuss, you may have to seek guidance from a psychologist or a mature, positive minded elder.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist if necessary.
