Its been many years i am living with fear everyday. I always some kind of fear with me. Now a days i have done some mistakes at my work place and i am very feared to tell about them to my boss. I am having sleeping problem from a long time and disinterest in my office work from the starting. I am working since 7 years. I am not able to live properly. Now i am having worst thoughts of having a critical disease or any fracture or anyhting which will keep me away from office or work. I do not want to do mistakes but its happening and the worst thing is i am making the problem more difficult by not telling them to my boss. I am confused and frightened. Please help me. I am bot able to live like this.
