You show the symptoms of chronic anxiety and depression linked with long-standing social anxiety and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). His feelings of failure, low self-esteem, confusion, and suicidal thoughts reflect Major Depressive Disorder with Social Anxiety Disorder and psychosomatic features. Chronic illness and isolation have deepened his hopelessness and fear of judgment. Immediate psychological and psychiatric support is needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and gradual skill engagement can rebuild confidence and reduce anxiety. Suicidal feelings require urgent help through mental health professionals or crisis helplines. Recovery is possible with consistent therapy and social connection.

Thank you for sharing your experience so honestly. Living with chronic health issues and career setbacks can deeply affect mental health, self-esteem, and motivation, and feelings of sadness or hopelessness are understandable in difficult circumstances. As a child psychologist, it is strongly recommended to book a detailed counseling session for a full assessment and individualized intervention, rather than managing these challenges alone.
Psychological support—especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), counseling, and career coaching—can significantly help with building self-confidence, overcoming fear and anxiety, and moving forward in personal and professional life. Your safety and wellbeing are top priorities, especially if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, and these will be addressed sensitively and constructively.
Regular therapy sessions, structured interventions, and ongoing support can bring clarity, hope, and practical ways to rediscover your strengths and pursue your interests in web design and beyond.

Hi,
It takes courage to share your feelings, and it's important to remember that you're not alone. Your experiences with social anxiety, health issues, and career struggles are valid, and it's commendable that you're actively seeking help and working on improving your life. While self-help resources like YouTube videos and online research can be beneficial, connecting with a mental health professionalâsuch as a CBT therapist, NLP practitioner, or career coachâcan provide personalized guidance, boost your confidence, and help you overcome fears. Since you have a limited budget, consider looking for free or low-cost mental health services, online support groups, or community resources that can offer support. Building a network of people interested in web design and digital marketing can also motivate you and provide valuable advice. Remember, taking small steps towards your goals and seeking help when needed can make a significant difference. You're not alone in this journey, and with patience and support, things can improve.
Hi,
You’ve been through a lot, both physically and emotionally, and it’s clear how much it has affected your confidence and outlook on life. Living with health issues and career struggles can feel overwhelming, and it’s understandable that you’re experiencing fear and even thoughts of giving up.
Please know that these feelings do not mean you are a failure and your courage to keep trying, learning new skills, and reaching out for help shows strength. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) can be very effective for building confidence and reducing anxiety. A career coach or therapist could also support you in setting realistic goals and breaking down fears step by step.
Since you’ve mentioned suicidal feelings, I strongly urge you to reach out to a mental health professional at the earliest. If ever those thoughts feel too strong, please connect with a trusted person immediately or call a local helpline.
You are not dull. You’re anxious and demoralized, which feels like dullness. If suicidal thoughts increase, please don’t stay alone call a helpline immediately or go to a nearby hospital.
You’re already disciplined with diet and YouTube self-help. Add small, consistent steps in learning and self-compassion, and over time you’ll start feeling stronger. Therapy will help you rewire the way you see yourself and your future.
Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
A thorough assessment by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist is necessary. The feelings of being a "failure" and "dull" are classic symptoms of depression and low self-esteem. These need to be addressed in therapy.
You are completely okay, dear. What you are experiencing can feel very difficult to manage at times, and it’s understandable that you may be feeling this way. Approaches like CBT and NLP can be very helpful in addressing such concerns, in terms of communication with like minded people I have found quora and facebook groups to be very effective
