I understand that your concern for heart health is causing significant anxiety. It's reassuring that your medical reports, including ECG, echo, and TMT, have come back normal. Anxiety can manifest in various physical symptoms, and tightness or twitching in the left hand can be associated with stress. Given that your medical reports are clear, it might be helpful to explore therapeutic options to address and manage your anxiety. Therapy can provide effective tools to cope with anxious thoughts and feelings. Additionally, learning relaxation techniques and stress management strategies can be beneficial. If you're open to it, Mind Sculpt offers online therapy sessions that could be a valuable resource for support and guidance.
