Fear of Ghosts,Demons,etc
Hello doctor, These are following things I am scared of.. #Graveyards #Corpse #Ghosts #Evil spirits #Dark rooms #Nights #Funerals #spiritual practices #Mortuary #Hospital #Horror movies #Sea,dams, lakes,river and other water resources #Heights #Rail roads #churches,temples,mosques and other supernatural things... #In the Victorian era there was a practice of photographing dead people as they were alive in order to keep their memories forever. Recently I was exposed to these photos. Though I didn't get scared, but these photos were very disturbing. Why I got disturbed looking at this pictures? #I have also seen some real photos(not edited)in which I could see some kind of strange human like figures in some abandoned building(these buildings were abandoned because of mysterious happenings there). These photos sent shivers down the spine. Doctor, will you please provide me some informations regarding this chapter? So that I could avoid a these kind of fear attacks. Kindly help me. Thank U

Some of these phobias of height, water bodies, crowded places like trains etc can be overcome after identifying the cause of fear and addressing them by behaviour therapy.
