Fear of Covid
I am having lot of fear that i might have covid. I was checking my spo2 level often and it is always above 96 and usually 97 98. I often keep my fan off and check whether iam getting sweats. if i dont get sweats then iam fearing that then fever might be there and checking temperature. I got my oral temperature as 98.8 and 99.2 now but my whole is sweating and when fan is switched off and i fear that i will get some serious problem. I have been having some seasonal allergies with sore throat and wheezing and taking allergy tablets for that. so i fear it would worsen my condition like that. I dont have wheezing currently. even i havent take bath in last two days as i fear that would increase my fever like that. how to overcome and how to be without fear of covid?.kindly help.
