I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver . having too much gastric and bloating issue as well. I should go for homeopathy or aleopathy treatmemt?

The first step in treating fatty liver is to look for the cause. Your weight seems to be on the higher side. Alcohol is a common cause and if you do not take alcohol, it is usually related to your life style.
Modern medicine looks for the cause and treats. I would recommend that you follow Allopathy, but more importantly a good life style.
