I am suffering from Fatty Liver. I am taking medication from last 1 month, My bile was 2.0 when i started taking medication after one month my bile is 1.30.

Hi Udit, according to your report the bilirubin level is normal but the problematic part is the transaminitis that means elevated liver enzyme levels SGOT and SGPT. There can be many causes for the increase in liver enzymes but more importantly we need to see the trend of these enzymes... So in comparison with your previous LFT report what is the level of SGOT and SGPT? To also find out about the cause, you have to get an ultrasound abdomen test done to see for any organic cause of liver dysfunction, if present. And also if at all you are on any alternative medicine usage, you need to stop taking it because that could also be the cause for transaminitis.
