Fatty liver grade 3
I have recently done health checkup and found the following LFT Total protein serum 8.0 Albumin Serum 4.9 Bilrubin direct 0.18 Bilrubin Total 0.92 Alkaline phospotase serum 78 AST 62 ALT 122 GGT 72 Ultrasound scan said fatty liver grade 3 Should I avoid non vegetarian completely? I have no smoking and alcohol habit. My height is 167cms and weight 80kgs

Hello.. Hope you donot have  hereditary liver diseases or is taking any medications.As per the blood investigations and ultrasound report this is non alcoholic fatty liver disease. This can be primary or secondary. Secondary causes includes obesity,diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. From your height and weight you are overweight . So first step should be reduce weight.
Next Steps
Further steps includes doing a fasting lipid profile fasting sugars and blood pressure checking. You can have non vegetarian food but you should exercise and reduce weight.
