Dear Dr. My SGPT is 114 and SGOT 73 , Cholesterol 209 . I am a fatty liver patient. My height is 5" 10 and weight 110 kg. I don't have pain. Please suggest . I am worry about report.

You should decrease intake of fatty diet, AVOID ALCOHOL and exercise regularly. Repeat liver function test after 2 months.
