To my opinion Phos 1m is too high potency for any pathological disease.
Consult a good homoeopath.
If you are already on allopathic medicine then you can tapper the dose of it with the help of homeopathy and guidance of your treating doctor.
If not on medication yet then one should start with homeopathy and regular follow ups with treating doctor.
