Fatigueness
Hi doctor, having fatigueness for 4 days. Initially i felt extremely fatigue cant getup and walk. But now i can do things after eating ferrous & zinc tablets. But still i feel the fatigueness 50%. My bp is normal no fever till now. Please advise what is the issue

Fatigue is a common symptom with a broad range of causes like inadequate sleep Anaemia thyroid disorders liver diseases Chronic kidney disease ,alcohol intake and psychological disorders You should consult a doctor to evaluate the cause by doing investigations like CBP KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST LIVER FUNCTION TEST THYROID PROFILE
