I am 27 and got married in dec, 2015. From last 10-15 days I am feeling very tired and fatigue all the time. Used to feel sleepy all the time, with the feeling of no energy in the body. Normally i used to sleep for 6 -7 hours. I am a working woman too.

Hello. We have a good treatment in Homeopathy. For that we need you for proper case taking. Till then you take healthy nutritious diet. Drink lots of water. Do pranayam regularly. And get your hb checked and keep monitoring your BP as well.

Hello, get u r blood test done,measure b.p.Also pregnancy test done.Ur problem may b due to anaemia, low b.p.or pregnancy.It can be diagnosed after investigations only to be followed by appropriate treatment.
Hi, Use of alcohol or drugs,Excess physical activity,excessive workload,Lack of physical activity,Lack of sleep,Medications, such as antihistamines, cough medicines,Unhealthy eating habits can be reason for fatigue. Anemia (decreased hemoglobin level) can cause tiredness, go for hemoglobin test, do regular excersise,at a time take proper rest.consult physician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
