Fatigue & Mood Swings
My wife, aged 35+, seems to have been severely affected by fatigue/tiredness and frequent mood swings. She becomes tired even after few minutes of walking or standing (during cooking etc.). These symptoms are noticeable from about a year or so. Initially, we dismissed it thinking it is temporary, but these symptoms are negatively affecting her capacity to do daily activities (cooking, walking etc.) and gradually, her confidence and self-belief. Please suggest what should be our next course of action. Which medical speciality should we consult for this kind of symptoms.

Hello there...., Make some changes to her lifestyle can help reduce her symptoms. Limiting or eliminating caffeine intake will help her sleep better.... Improve her diet and eat a good breakfast (whole grain cereal, fruit, milk). Add more fruits and vegetables....Manage stress and practice relaxation techniques....Get exercise...Stress less, sleep more...., I hope this helps....
