Fatigue, but better after tabs.
Hi doctor, i am 23 years old and recently had an abortion and heavy blood flow and after the flow stopped, i had a blood test which said that my haemoglobin count is 7 with haematocrit at 22.9%. I understand its very low, but would i be able to increase it without taking any tablets? Because i have been taking the tablet folvite5mg for the past one week and i checked my haemohlibin count after a week and it still shows 7. So can i improve it without tabs, would it be fine?

As hamevlobin is very low , you need to take tablet. Folvit is folic acid not to increase hb level. Take amyron tablet 2 tablet twice .

Ur hemoglobin is low because of blood loss. So u require iron supplements along with folvite. This low hemoglobin will require very long to recover simply in diet. U should start iron supplements along with foods rich in iron. Continue folvite.
