Hi, As a parent you need to be creative to explore different kinds of interesting recipes from Internet made with healthy nutritious food items. Give him enough of fruits, veggies, milk n it's products, nuts, explore recipes out of these. This will gradually help him to move out from junk food habit. Also enough outdoor games n activities required for his age.

Hello, try to avoid junk food for you kid. Try to prepare his favorite food with a healthier twist for which you can refer various site on internet for recipes. This will discourage his eating out and junk habit. Also try to incorporate salad and fruit in different ways like Paratha, smoothies, soups, or just add puree to atta to mask the taste. More over try to indulge him in any of sport so that his activity will increase and will help him loose weight.
