Fat accumulated stomach sides and belly
I'm facing fat accumulation problem since December,2016 onward, earlier my body was looking fit and healthy but all of sudden too much fat started getting accumulated and the belly even started growing in size.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
