Fasting blood sugar
I m aged 59 lady..my fasting blood sugar is within 100. My hba1c is 5.5..since 5 days I have  noticed that my fasting sugar I'd 102, 104 I walk and exercise regularly

It is normal. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Diabetic diet.
