Fasting and random sugar
My fasting sugar is always ranging from 120 to 144mg/dl, while random/pp sugar is always less than the fasting sugar ranging from 108 to 135mg/dl. What is this phenomenon? Is it ok or not?

Hi.. Plan for dinner earlier than you actually do. This will help. Avoid more carbs during the night.
