My son goes for fitness training in cricket academy. His trainer has suggested to take muscle strain recovery and after his daily schedule of training? Is it ok for a 15 year old? Attached are photos

Don't use supplements take natural food which is good for vitamin,mineral , protein etc,so need more information about u so contact me for detailed conversation through practo u will get good results definately.

For  muscle strain recovery.. Protein and vitamins C is required so include egg,sprouts, tofu ,citrus fruit ,banana, oat,

This is a multivitaminin and multi.This will help him in regain the micronutrients. But improve muscle strength you need to add protien post training. You can give him nuts or Egg or Chenna post training. Consult me on Practo online consultation for further details.

This is vitamin and mineral supplement.You can take all this in a natural form.There should be proper premeal and post meal workout according to his activity.

This is just a vitamin c tablet and having other vitamins and minerals also in minor amount.. This can be taken there is no issue.. Or your son can take some fruits like banana, apple, citrus etc and eggs after training as eggs r rich in proteins also
