Fall off bed
My son age 9 month 20 days fall off bed , since then he is not using his right leg instead very active. Did XRay and doctor suggested me to do Hip Spica Cast . Please guide me on this I have attached X-Ray plate

It is already started to heal by throwing bone at fracture site. No need of hip spica and it will heal in another week

Since it's an undisplaced fracture of distal femur conservative management by hip spica cast is enough...proper cast care and non weight bearing for 6 weeks would suffice..
