Sir I am OK but have a problem of imagination while I am free I am imaging about if I am actor, cricketer or some other thing it will happen making a story in my mind due to this some time I think good things but some time too bad like fantasizing sex with girl or too bad I am virgin and thinking too much and with that effect I can't concentrate on my work so help me

You have not mentioned your age but in adolescents fantasizing is a normal behavior. This is another behavioural change which will pass on. join some group physical activities like games or performing arts. In case this behavioural interference persist with your work ability you may visit any psychiatrist or Psychologist for detailed assessment.

You haven't clearly mentioned if all of these thoughts are voluntary or some of them are not. Fantasy thinking is a normal process but excessive indulgence in it with relation to time spent, distraction from work or disturbing thoughts might indicate a disorder.
