Fainting / Syncopee
On Saturday, when I was in the kitchen, I fainted and lost consciousness and woke up after 2-3 minutes. When asked to test sugar and ecg, both were seems to be normal. BP was on the lower side but manageable. 80/65. Although I m fine now, when ever I eat something, I feel like the ping up and dizziness. Feeling better after taking antacids. Please guide.

Once get checked for Hemoglobin level..As I can see your BP is towards lower side,I recommend you to add Salt to your foods if you don't use salt in foods uptonow..Drink plenty of fluids as much as possible and avoid heavy exercises till your BP becomes stable.. Thankyou
