In June month my doctor started growing multiple follicle, he gave letroz from 2bd day if periods and glyciphage and ev tablets. I did my follicles study and there were three follicles 18mm 16mm and 17 mm and endometrial thickness was 6.5 after my doc gave me hcg injection and we did against follicles study after 3 days but it was not ruptured size was 20mm 18mm 18mm but next day it ruptured at night and he did insemination at around 1 pm afternoon. He gave me susten 200 to insert in vagina twice a day. Now I missed my periods by 8 days and pregnancy test came negative. Can some please help does the timing of insemination was not correct or what can be the reason that there is no conception. My husband's report are also normal.
