Facing severe discontinuous pain on arm
Hello doctor, My wife works as a professor in a college For a longtime she is facing pain in her arms after wearing tight blouses. The pain gets repeated the whole day disontinuosly Sometimes she has to make the arm idle. The pain is slowly reducing if the arm is not disturbed Is this actually an issue beacuse of the tight blouse any good medications.. pls help Thanks..

Hello, As much as I can see and understand,  what Ma'am needs to do is avoid tight clothes. Maybe she can opt for a Punjabi dress or chudidar kind of dress. Medications are not required and nor recommend for this. And if this doesn't solve the problem next we can do is physiotherapy.

Avoid tight clothes and please specify is there any tingling and numbness sensation in limbs and does she have pain in any other body part or there any swelling , redness.
