Hello Sir/Maam, I am a 27-year-old , 5 ft 10 in tall, weighing 95 kg, and I have hypothyroidism. I take my thyroid medication regularly. However, I am dealing with some significant issues that are affecting my health and well-being like i dont get morning erection , i get tired very easily short of breath , i am losing motivation in everything , hairfall , plus have porn and mastrubation addiction . Due to financial issues i am not able to take treatments please advise me some natural ways i can fix these problems please
