Facing mental health issues
One of my friend is facing mental health issues since last 3-4 months. He sometime talks to himself and abuse himself which is not good. Also, he feels so demotivated and not confident sometimes. He always think what is not gonna happen in future. Somebody help him so that he can live a normal life without any mental health issue. Attaching his picture.

Hello! If your friend is willing, take him to a Psychiatrist first and then to a Cognitive Hypnotherapist/ NLP Practitioner. They will be able to help your friend. Good luck!

Hello practo user The symptoms mentioned above are indicative of some underlying psychological issue which needs to be assessed in details for proper diagnosis and treatment . Low confidence and motivation could also be due his current state of mind and not able to understand self. Taking help from a mental health professional would be beneficial. Try consulting a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist to discuss his case in details and draw some diagnosis. Try taking to your friend and allow him to share openly what he is feeling, his thoughts etc.
