Facial warts, freckles or something else

Asked for Male, 39 Years

There are quite a few wart or freckle like bumps in my face. And i noticed that probably over years it has increased in size and numbers. I am not very sure what is that and if there is any treatment to permanently remove those without leaving any spots or uneven skin layers in my face. Also if there is an treatment which won't have any side effect
