I am 22 years old male. I've very few facial hair, very patchy moustache even the colour of my facial hair and moustache is very yellowish. Though hair of my head is dark black and my father and grandfather had no issues with their facial hair. Is there any medicine to get thick, dense and black facial hair. Please help.
