Hello, I understand your feeling. Face tones gets dull when you're continuously exposed to sunlight, pollution, dirt, etc. There will dead cells on your facial skin that which covers the live skin cells so you need to use skin astringent. Ans also use lotion with sun protection factor. Thank you
