Burning face
Whenever I take a hot bath/shower my face remains red and burns for hours after. Ice makes it feel better as long as the skin remains cool. There are no bumps it is just red and hot to the touch.

Your skin seems to be sensitive. I would advise you to check your thyroid profile if you haven't in recent times. If this problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
