Redness on face(serious)
My brother have been avoiding school because he was bullied and all... It's been a month he didn't go to school in the morning today after getting scoldings and beatings and all
He started behaving weird tried to press his neck hard like commiting a suicide and he was breathless all the time... breathing heavily crying and groaning .
After that time his face has turned red and have red acne size patches and his face looks completely red and very dull.
What should I do it something serious? What is it ?
