Face swelling without pain
My mother's face was swelling (below ear at parotid gland location) without pain and redness.Doctor recommended ZYDOCEF CV and CHYMORAL FORTE for 5 days each. TSH ,CBC, SUGAR LEVEL are normal. Still swelling us not yet gone(70% still left). What to do???

Parotiditis without pain indicates sialoectasisia massage parotid gland in downward direction take plenty of fluids oral hygiene if still persists go for ultrasound of parotid and post report

What is the duration of swelling? Is the swelling aggravated while chewing food? Possible diagnosis: 1. Infection of parotid 2. block in parotid duct
