This looks like a case of Facial palsy. You should consult with a Neuro-physician in your area.

It doesn’t look like facial swelling. It looks like facial palsy. Paralysis of the muscles if the face. There is sudden weakness in the muscles on one half of the face. It can be a reaction to a viral infection, a part of a bigger neurological disease or idiopathic. I suggest you go see a neurologist at the earliest.

Your ECHO is suggestive of Dilated and Hypertensive heart. You may need to consult a cardiologist as well. May need anti hypertensives.

U have done echo is there some symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness, sweating ., fatigue etc
It's better to show cardiologist in ua city..as it's matter of heart... after showing to cardiologist u can consult me for follow up. Thank you
