I have an eye problem how can I improve it from -4 to something -1 please tell me

You need to use contact lens till u grow up to 18 years.
After age of 18 and if your eye power is stable then we can consider LASIK if you need to get rid of glasses.

Hello
I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses
Lasik is a very good option for this but it is possible only after age of 18yrs
Till then you have to use contact lens or glasses
