  4. Eyesight correction. Surgery or not.

I am 23 years old. i have both my eyes myopic with an eyesight of -4.50d in both my eyes. i had retinal detachment in my right eye which had been corrected by a vitreoretinal surgery 2 years ago. i want to know if i am eligible for lasik surgery or not.
