I am having eyelashes dandruff from a long time but now they are irritating me in seeing anything untill I deeply clean them.

Hi .. You should treat them under doctors supervision, as it is sometimes a recurrent problem . You will hv to clean with ear buds dipped in baby shampoo, with warm water Ocupol D eye ointment to massage at night Will hv to use oral antibiotic therapy Treat hair dandruff also if any ..

Few instructions: (1) Hot compress to both eyes 3 times a day for 15 days and then continue once every week say every Sunday ( Can dip clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) (2) Avoid rubbing of eye (3) Eye hygiene with baby shampoo 2 times a day for 15 days and then continue once every week say every Sunday (Take on tip of your index finger any baby shampoo say Johnson baby shampoo or Himalaya baby shampoo , wet your eyes and gently rub the shampoo with your finger on closed eyes for 15 seconds and thoroughly wash off with drinking water)
