I've have the twitching eye for last 1 week . earlier its was in my right eye but now in the left eye and m feeling it continously with the headache in left side head ... pls help

Twitching usually occurs due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or nerve irritation or dryness or refractory error etc .Please identify the cause and follow accordingly.
