It seems to be case of dryness due to overuse of smartphone , computer & late working hrs at night ,please use some lubricating eye drops 4- 5 times a day(Refresh liquigel), if you don't get relief within ba week, you consult some local experienced ophthmologist.with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh.

I can understand your concern.
Are you getting proper sleep?
Usually eyelid twitching happens due to muscle fatigue.
So if you are not having proper sleep or have stress.
You can use OnTears eye drops 5 times in a day.
After putting drops just close your eyes and lie down for 5 minutes.
Consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.
