Eye twitches
Since last few days I am experiencing eye twitches in both eyes upper or lower eyelid one at a time. It seems to go and come back and happens once or twice a day. What exactly is causing this and how to resolve it ?

eye twiching is usually due to nutritional deficiency or mental tension or sleeplessness or nerve irritation due to any cause. you can understand what to do to resolve it.can use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. refresh tears.

Get a serum vitamin b12 level done. The therapy of b12 oral or injectible depends on the serum level. Start lubricating eye drops like systane ultra 4 times a day
